At Taylored For You, we pride ourselves on high-quality, tailored services and digital products. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds?

• Our services are custom-built for each client - time, creative energy, and resources are invested from the start.

• Digital products, once delivered or accessed, cannot be returned.

• Booking time slots prevents others from accessing our services during that window.

What If You’re Not Happy?

If you're not satisfied with part of the process, we encourage open communication. We'll do our best to resolve concerns within reason - but please note, refunds are not offered.

Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or project start date with at least 3 working days notice.

• Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.
