Welcome to Taylored For You. By using our services, booking a consultation, or purchasing digital content from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Taylored For You offers a range of business development services including, but not limited to:

Social media management
Graphic design
Website design
Administrative support
Content creation
Training & learning services
Custom digital products

All services are tailored to each client, and scopes of work will be agreed upon prior to project start.

2. Payments

Invoices must be paid in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation.
Payment methods accepted: [Bank Transfer, PayPal]

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service start date, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without notice may not be rebooked without an additional fee.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the beginning of the project.
Delays caused by the client (e.g. missed approvals, lack of content, etc.) may extend the timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become your property once full payment has been received.
Taylored For You retains the right to showcase completed work (unless agreed otherwise in writing).

6. Communication

All work and communication is done remotely, unless otherwise arranged.
Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, but may extend either side and responses may take up to 2 business days.

7. Liability

Taylored For You is not responsible for:

Any indirect or consequential loss
Website or platform downtime outside our control
Client misuse of digital content or tools

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
